Either that or they should fork up the $300 for you :) XS4ALL is contractually obligated to keep the temp. in a specific range, I think it's somewhere between 15-25 c. If the cooling towers give out temps rise to 40c in about an hour (or so I was told), quite a bit of the colo fee actually goes to the cooling installation!
