Rails 0.14.2, Typo upgraded to trunk

Whoop, upgrade to Rails 0.14.2 and Typo trunk. Everything seems to be working. Fingers crossed.

    The livesearch code needs to be changed slightly under the new version; see [changeset 704](http://typo.leetsoft.com/trac/changeset/704) for the tweak to your layout.

    the code in the orange theme was actually not up to date. Fixed now. I will update the heme on svn shortly. Thanks! -andy
